For car shoppers looking for a luxurious hybrid vehicle, look no further than Lexus. Lexus of Reno, a Nevada Lexus dealer, is excited to offer Lexus’ unbeatable line of hybrid models.

Always on the frontier of fuel efficiency, Lexus was the first luxury brand to offer a hybrid vehicle with the RX 400h in 2005. Since then, Lexus has introduced a new hybrid almost every year, including the CT 200h Hybrid, available now for Nevada Lexus shoppers. All together, Lexus will ultimately offer a total of five fuel-efficient, low emissions hybrid vehicles.

Hybrid Models at Nevada Lexus Dealer

Nevada Lexus
shoppers can find all of Lexus hybrid models- the RX 400h, HS 250h, GS 450h, LS 600h L and CT 200h- in stock now at Lexus of Reno.

The first Lexus hybrid, the RX 400h, is a popular Lexus SUV. Available with standard front-wheel drive or available all-wheel drive, the RX 450h is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 and electric motors to deliver a muscular 295 hp total system output. The RX 450h achieves 32 mpg city/28 mpg highway in FWD trim, or 30 mpg city/28 mpg highway combined in the AWD edition. The RX hybrid is just as well-appointed as other Lexus models and can be outfitted with everything from heated and ventilated seats to a high-quality 15-speaker, 330-watt Mark Levinson surround-sound audio system.

The Lexus HS 250h is a luxury sedan that achieves an impressive 35 miles per gallon city and 34 miles per gallon highway. It also boasts 70% fewer smog-forming emissions and is 85% recyclable. Such outstanding efficiency is made possible because the 250h is equipped with Lexus’ first four-cylinder gas engine, the 2.4-liter Atkinson-cycle powerplant that generates 187 total system horsepower. Adding even further to the 2011 250h’s eco-friendly design, a hybrid power meter is equipped and shows instantaneous eco-driving status. A green ECO indicator light indicates efficient driving.
The 2011 Lexus GS 450h is a performance sedan with the power to perform and an impressive fuel efficiency. The rear-wheel drive GS 450h’s 3.5-liter V6 is partnered with an electric motor to deliver 340 combined horsepower and can go from zero to 60 mph in just 5.2 seconds. Despite all the power and high performance, the GS hybrid still posts an EPA-estimated 22 mpg city/25 mpg highway.

The top-of-the-line hybrid in the Lexus lineup, the Lexus LS 600h L, features everything that a driver could ever want or need. This powerful vehicle runs on a 5.0-liter V8/high-output electric motor combination combines for 438 total horsepower, which propels the big Lexus LS Hybrid from zero-to-60 mph in 5.5 seconds. Even with all this power, the LS 600h L still manages to deliver an EPA-estimated 19 mpg city/23 mpg highway. This high-end sedan is loaded with standard technology, like HDD navigation and a 19-speaker Mark Levinson Reference Surround Sound audio system, and luxury features, like premium leather, heated and cooled rear seats with lumbar massage, a power recliner with a leg rest and multi-function massager for the right rear passenger, four-zone climate control with infrared rear-seat temp sensor and a rear-seat entertainment system.

The newest Lexus hybrid- the CT 200h- is also the newest Lexus- and most fuel-efficient Lexus. At a base MSRP of just $29,120, it’s also the least costly, yet offers an EPA-estimated fuel economy of 43 mpg city/40 mpg highway. The CT 200h, available now at the Nevada Lexus dealer, is powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder gas engine combined with an electric motor for a total system output of 134 hp. Even with its affordable price tag, expect Lexus quality features inside- with an eco-friendly twist. The CT 200h can be equipped with LED headlamps that consume 45 percent less energy than standard lamps. The audio system’s available eight-channel amplifier uses half the power of a comparable analog amp and weighs less, too. The eco-friendly theme continues with the use of bioplastics in the rear cargo area deck boarding trim and bamboo charcoal resin in the sound system’s speakers.
