Last month Limp Bizkit revealed that their new album, Gold Cobra would be delayed until the end of June for release.

However, fans won't have to wait long as the first single from the new album will be out later this month hopefully of course.. The band have revealed the unusual artwork for the single "Shotgun" that has fans to question frontman Fred Durst on his Twitter account if it was real.

Limp Bizkit has been on hiatus for several years while guitarist Wes Borland pursued various other music projects. Front man Fred Durst fired up a career in Hollywood as a film director on the indie circuit to minimal success. Their newest album ‘Gold Cobra’ was originally scheduled for release last year but was delayed to put finishing touches on the masterpiece.

David Schiffman (System Of A Down, Avenged Sevenfold) is producing the record, which features the entire original Limp Bizkit lineup. The last major recording the group released was the short EP titled ‘The Unquestionable Truth pt.1’. Although the mini album was hailed as a return to a heavier sound, it was also criticized for not being a focused release and too similar in vibe to Rage Against The Machine. The last full album released by the band was ‘Results May Vary’ back in 2003 and Borland was not a part of the group at that time. The single Shotgun is already creating a buzz and many are searching for the lyrics to Shotgun , which can be found online at Koollyrics.
