The personal fitness company, Blast Boot Camp have now started adding sessions to their group personal fitness sessions at Salford Quays. Salford Quays is quickly becoming a focus point of the north of England and staff at Blast Boot Camp feel that with a surge in workers now relocating to Salford Quays, that it’s essential to capitalise on this, by providing a unique service that will increase the fitness levels of the office workers. The staff from Blast Boot Camp hold the Salford Quays sessions every Wednesday evening from 7pm until 8pm and use a range of methods to keep the sessions interesting, including running with logs and sandbags, resistance work and circuit training. There are also full-day sessions that happen periodically in Saddleworth, which includes boxing, SAQ resistance work, running with logs and sandbags, speed chutes and much more. “We feel that as the nation is slowly getting more health conscious, it is important to provide a service that capitalises on this.
