ZHL aims to revamp its quick access ambulance and lifesaving first aid services for critical patients via improved operation and focus on training of ZHL staff.

  • ZHL is in the process revamping its 108 National Ambulance Service in Bihar, Rajasthan, Kerala, Odisha & Punjab by considering more efficient operational models.
  • ZHL is refocusing on its 102 Referral Transport Service operating in Odisha for pregnant women and new-borns for better connectivity in operations.
  • The pioneering Dial 1298 for Ambulance, operating in Bihar, Odisha, Punjab, Kerala and Mumbai shall see more ambulances with Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Revamping Medical and Paramedical training for both medical and non-medical staff

5th February 2015, Mumbai –Ziqitza Healthcare Limited (ZHL) today announced the revitalization of their critically acclaimed ambulance and critical care services. The company, spearheaded by its CEO Sweta Mangal, has been in news for providing both quick and quality medical attention on the go via their chain of ambulance services across the nation. Started in 2005, the firm till now served two million people, a quarter
of which have been pregnant women. ZHL has helped delivery of 6000 critical cases of babies on the go with their technologically equipped vehicles and trained staff.

Ziqitza Healthcare Limited (ZHL), now, is looking at efficient operation models to decrease the turnaround time for critical requirements. With government intervention and dedicated effort made by the staff and Sweta, Dial 108, Dial 102, Dial 1298 services offered by ZHL have already reached to the remotest of rural areas in India. However, the firm now aspires to increase their reach further by becoming accessible and affordable to people who need medical attention and at a speed which is unmatched.

Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd (ZHL) also aims to deploy more ambulances under their pioneer 1298 service with ALS (Advanced Life Support/Cardiac) and BLS (Basic Life Support). The company currently has ambulances which are equipped with Advanced Life Support Systems including life-saving equipment like defibrillator, oxygen cylinder and electrocardiography (ECG) machine. On the other hand, the company has been running the BLS (Basic Life Support) ambulances loaded with emergency kits, medicines and patient transport equipment that make the difference in lives saved during an emergency.

Training in the healthcare space is turning out to be critical factor and Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd (ZHL) aims to strengthen their already recognized operations by providing essential training for all their medical and non-medical staff to cater emergency situations while on the move. Sweta believes that safety at workplace shall be of prime concern especially in industries which are prone to professional disorders and with time a 24X7 medical attention towards these employees shall become inevitable.
