It is a known fact that there are 3 types of Diabetes- Diabetes Type 1, Diabetes Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes Both the forms of diabetes result in high level of sugar in the blood stream. In case of type 1 Diabetes, the high level of sugar is due to the lack of insulin. However, in case of Diabetes type 2, the cells of the body become resistant to insulin resulting in high sugar levels in the blood stream.

There are many indicators that suggest that you might be suffering from Diabetes. The first amongst diabetes symptoms would be frequent trips to the bathroom. In case of raised sugar levels in the blood stream, one has to urinate more frequently. This is because kidneys try to draw more water out of the blood to dilute the glucose, resulting in a full bladder and quick trips to the bathroom. The another one of the diabetes symptoms sign would be thirst that comes back quickly. No matter how much water you drink, you keep on feeling thirsty. This is as a result of the loss of water through urination and the body drawing more water from the blood. The third sign of diabetes is weight loss. With the lack of insulin, the body cells cannot absorb glucose and hence generate energy.

As a result, the cells are broken down for energy and one would see a tremendous weight loss as a consequence. This is a signature sign of Type 1 Diabetes. In case your vision gets blurred and you have increased hunger pangs, then this is one of the Diabetes symptoms of Diabetes Type 2. Increased appetite is due to fat loss in the body and the blurred vision is because of the body fluids being pulled out of the eye tissues in the body. In case you have a wound that does not heal quickly, then too, get yourself checked for diabetes. Usually these two Diabetic conditions occur amongst those who are overweight and have not been taking care of their health on a regular basis. However, there are cases where diabetes can be diagnosed during pregnancy. This is called Gestational Diabetes.

The symptoms for Gestational Diabetes are the same as those of the type 1 and Type 2.

There are medical grade vitamin tablets available for treatment that can be started after doctor’s consultation even when you see the diabetes symptoms. These medical grade vitamin tablets and other medicines are best used amongst all the known forms of diabetes including Diabetes Type 1 and Diabetes Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes. However, exercises also help. It has been noticed that by the time diabetes is diagnosed, the patients are already overweight. Therefore regular exercise and a fit body is the key to avoid this disease. Exercises along with medication and medical grade vitamin tablets are of a great help. However, have medical grade vitamin tablets only after doctor’s prescription.
